Animated Features go back a long way, from the beautiful 2D
artistry of the Disney Classics to the modern day worlds of
CGI. Some of these are indeed worthy of the word classic and
the time that they take to watch, others are wretched pieces
of drivel that shame the art form of animation. However,
most of the animated films out there - like so many things
in the world of art - range somewhere in the middle, either
good for a rainy day, mediocre, or else rather excellent in
many ways but let down in others.
